Oliver ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert hat und uns auch tolle Tipps für zum Beispiel ein Business Lunch und eine Veranstaltung in der Nähe gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich neu, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch die große Terrasse

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wenn es überhaupt etwas gibt, was nicht komplett perfekt ist, dann vielleicht die Lage (man muss ein kleines Stück laufen, bis man bei Restaurants, Geschäften etc. ist, aber das weiß man ja vorher)

Enttäuschend, vor Ort keine Erholung gefunden, wegen Baulärm auf benachbartem Grundstück.

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre große Dachterrasse! Diese konnten wir jedoch kaum nutzen, da sich unmittelbar daneben eine riesige Baustelle befand, auf der von 08.00h - 12.00h und von 13.00h bis 17.00h gearbeitet wurde. Ein riesiger Kran, stand vor der Terrasse, es wurden Stämm- und Bohrarbeiten vorgenommen, die mit sehr starker Lärmbelästigung verbunden waren.

Der Vermieter hat uns erst 2 Wochen vor Anreise "by the way" im Rahmen einer Anfrage meinerseits, darüber informiert, dass im Nachbarhaus Umbaumaßnahmen stattfänden. Erst 2 Wochen vorher, obwohl die Arbeiten bereits seit Juni im Gange sind. Aber hätte er sich bereits im Juni gemeldet, hätten wir ja stornieren und ggb. was anderes finden können. Das stand uns jetzt natürlich auch frei, aber wer storniert 2 Wochen vor Reiseantritt seinen Jahresurlaub, wer findet 2 Wochen vor Reisenantritt eine alternative adäquate Unterkunft?! Der Vermieter hat sich gleich am nächsten Tag in den Urlaub verabschiedet, so dass wir bei evtl. Problemen vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner hatten. Er wusste offensichtlich genau um die enorme Lärmbelästigung. Aber so hat er uns das im Vorfeld nicht dargelegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und eng, kaum Stauraum. In der Wohnküche findet man eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen (alles Dinge, die ich im Urlaub nicht brauche), aber leider keinerlei Stauraum für Lebensmittel oder Vorräte und keinen Platz, um vernünftig kochen zu können. Also am besten jeden Tag essen gehen! Die Couch, die als Schlafcouch für weitere 2 Personen vorgesehen ist, ist so durchgesessen, dass man Rückenbeschwerden bekommt. Kleiner Esstisch mit 4 Plastikstühlen. Alles in allem eine "Schönwetter-Wohnung", wenn man denn die Dachterrasse nutzen und genießen könnte.
