We liked the location. Extremely quiet and cozy place. There is a large garden. The rooms were large. The staff surprised us the most. extremely welcoming and polite. We would gladly repeat our stay on a future trip to Greece.

Exceptional

We stayed just a few hours in Nefeli Hotel but we enjoyed it. It is a quiet and clean hotel. The beds are comfortable. The location is really good. Very nice view. A lot of parking spaces.

The hotel is good for one night if you travel and stay during the trip. But it is not at walking distance from Kozani. The parking is big enough. It is easy to find it because is on the main road 2 km from Kozani.

The bathrooms and room could be renewed.

Convenient, budget hotel if you are travelling by car

Convenient in the entrance of the city and close to the motorway. Nice playground for young children

Just off the highway, nothing to do within walking distance. Rooms look very dated, renovation long overdue!

Nice hotel garden but stay at this hotel if there is no other opportunity

Very kind staff. They made everything possible for us to enjoy the continental breakfast. It was very calming to hear children's voices in the garden and bird's songs as the hotel has a nice garden cool in summer.

The linen were smelling bad , The room has the smell of smoke although smoking was restricted. The girl at the reception offered another room but there was a smell of toilet so we preferred the first one. There is no restaurant only coffee.

Bad value for the money - AC not working, no fan, no wifi, loud

It was spotlessly clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

AC didn‘t work, it was unbearably hot inside the room. There wasn‘t even a fan. I had to keep the room and the balcony doors open to have some air flow. However, it did’t cool down well, the room was heated up from the sun, which was burning onto the weakly insulated walls. It was quite loud, the balcony is facing the road. There were motorcyclists speeding and making lots of noise. I chose a double bed at booking and it was explicitly confirmed by email, but when I checked in only a few hours later, I got a room with two single beds. There was no information about breakfast or the wifi password. When I wanted to ask at the reception, there was no receptionist. It‘s definitely not worth the money and I wouldn‘t stay there again.

The Hotel is located at the edge of the city, so you should use your own transport. Τhe breakfast was good, with many choices. Very polite staff. Free parking on premises. It's OK only for business trips (sleep only).

OK place to spend one night during a long car drive

For spending one night during a long car drive, it's OK.

It's 30 minutes on foot to the city center, I like walking and I did not mind this location (I wasn't looking to explore the city anyway) but if you don't and don't have a car - this is not a good location (also, it's hard to park downtown, so walking is a better option anyway). They decided to do some major construction work inside the hotel while I was there. It was drilling and hammering, quite noisy - I actually wouldn't mind it so much if they announced it, but they didn't. It lasted for 2-3 hours; I talked with the manager (owner?) and he was kind enough to say "sorry" and he allowed me to check out later the next day which was useful for me. So, not a major negative thing for me but I know people who would get furious with all that noise and would demand a refund or at least a free beer.

The hotel has check us in late in the evening. The staff was great and help us with whatever they can. The place is easy enough to find. The parking was a good bonus during our travel.

Aircon wasn't working, but the staff were very helpful. Fortunately we were able to move rooms. The hotel is handy for the motorway, but is a long drive out of Kozani.
