Practical for a short stay

The accommodation was satisfactory. The hotel is simply furnished, without any special features, but it has everything you need. Breakfast was rich and varied, cleanliness and tidiness were at a high level, and the staff were extremely kind. The hotel does not have its own parking, but it is possible to find a free parking spot in the surrounding streets.

The room is decorated quite generically, not very nicely, and the furniture looks dull

Quiet and very clean rooms. Location of the hotel at the city center, you can walk anywhere from there. The staff is very very committed to please the customers. Very diverse breakfast buffet.

It has no private parking. It was very easy to find parking at the hotel door, but its not a private hotel parking in the city center.

A standout hotel!

It was not difficult to find, although I was aided by a satnav. The welcome from the receptionist was friendly, helpful and professional - a great start to my stay! The room was clean, well-equipped and top class. At breakfast, there was a wide choice, and it was presented well. Overall, I had a most pleasant stay, made more special by the staff, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The absence of a car park looked at first like a disadvantage, but the street parking outside was plentiful, so it didn't cause any disappointment.

Fantastic Hotel

This hotel is ideally positioned for visiting Kozani. 10 minutes walk to the centre. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and so much choice. The staff were so helpful.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kozani.

I was a bit worried because Booking.com had rated the hotel at only 2 stars, but it was a lot better than many 3 star hotels and even one or two 4 star hotels I have stayed at in the past. The decor was a bit dated, but in exceptional condition and very clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel in Kozani

very clean hotel near the center but not inside the trafic so it’s practical to park your car. The matelas and the pillows are so confortable! The staff is also really nice

The staff at the hotel were lovely and the breakfast was very good.

Although the bed was comfortable, our room was looking very dated and needed modernising. The mini-bath/shower arrangement within a miniature shower cubicle was dangerous getting in and out.
