Lugar é muito tranquilo.
Não tenho reclamações. O único ponto é sobre a localização, tem bastante pessoas em situação de rua e como alguém de fora não sei se é um lugar muito seguro para se andar a pé.

Fácil acesso Perto de Rodoviária, Avenida Antônio Carlos, fácil acesso, supermercado, policiamento nas redondezas (Base móvel da PM e Delegacia). Funcionário atencioso. Preço razoável.
Café da manhã muito básico. Muitos viciados (drogas) e moradores de rua no entorno.

O quarto estava bem limpinho, o wc também. Apesar do prédio ser antigo, estava tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O atendimento é muito bom. Apesar de no anúncio não dizer, lá tinha café, pão, margarina, biscoito e pão de queijo disponível pela manhã, sem nenhum custo adicional.
Única coisa negativa é o entorno da propriedade, tem muitos usuários de drogas pelas ruas. Mas na minha experiencia, esse ponto não afetou em nada, não saí caminhando sozinha a noite.
