"Great rom with a private shower. The kitchen was shared and had everything you needed. Bathroom and shower were private. The room came with a fan (no AC) but it was always a comfortable temperature. ..."

Gostei da localização, de fácil acesso e fica num bairro bom, tem padaria e supermercado bem pertinho, o Marcão é muito tranquilo.
O único problema que tive no quarto que fiquei foi com relação a um vazamento do box do banheiro, acabou que não consegui controlar e sempre que ia tomar banho molhava bastante o chão do quarto também. Fora isso foi tudo ótimo, voltaria e recomendo!
