1) Da proximidade do local em que fui fazer um concurso. 2) Do café da manhã, com pães, bolos, leite e café. 3) Do acolhimento e apoio do dono para todas as demandas, por exemplo, local para estudar. 4) Das opções de restaurantes simples e mercadinhos nas redondezas.
Sou PCD. Da falta de um tapete de borracha no box (solicitado) para evitar quedas.

I liked the breakfast, it was a very good meal and very good facilities. I liked the freedom of been there and the possibilities to go and back any time I wanted. I've been there once. It's a very nice place.
This time that I travelled, I didn't like about the staff. They worked unprofessionalyin the day I went there. I thought that they din't strive to provide a better service. I'd like to think that they can do better.
