The view:) The house has an absolutely spectacular view that made our trip even more special. To wake up, relax and having meals in that scenario was really special. Also the staff was answering fast and efficiently.

Emplacement de rêve, la terrasse et le jardin sont les gros plus de cette maison avec accès à la mer. Le spa sur la terrasse du haut avec sa vue vaut vraiment le détour.
La maison est en moins bon état que ce que les photos peuvent laisser penser, particulièrement la cuisine mais tout fonctionne et c'est ça le principal.

Villa Smeralda es el perfecto lugar para pasar tus vacaciones. Su ubicación cerca de las maravillosas calas de Costa Esmeralda y la oferta de restaurantes y ambiente que ofrece Olbia, es óptimo. Pero lo mejor de todo es su terraza con jardín, insuperable, hicimos una barbacoa al atardecer para disfrutarlo en familia. La atención de Giovanni, maravillosa, tuvimos un pequeño problema que lo solventó con mucha amabilidad lo antes posible. El atardecer desde su terraza de planta superior con jacuzzi, no tiene precio. En definitiva, si vienes a Cerdeña, este es EL LUGAR.

Die Lage ist traumhaft und einzigartig. Direkt am Meer gelegen. Das Haus ist gut ausgeststattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad.. Sehr gut für Familien geeignet.
