Prachtig zwembad met mooi uitzicht. De airco was zeer aangenaam bij deze temperaturen. Goede ontvangst door Angélica.

The apartment is on the first floor of a very nice building, in a small neighborhood 10-15 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and 25-30 minutes from Bonifacio. A two-minute drive takes you to the main road, which provides access to all the area's most famous beaches. The road is easy to navigate, and there's ample parking (there's a designated parking spot). The two bedrooms are spacious and have large closets, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony with a motorized awning makes al fresco dining enjoyable. The shared swimming pool can be used and the water is always clean. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room. The TV has a smart decoder, allowing you to watch Netflix, Prime Video, Disney, and more (with your own account, of course).

The only thing I could say is about the cleanliness of the outdoor tent, which we found very dirty in the metal structure (dust and bird droppings) and I preferred to clean it, as the outdoor dinner table was underneath it. But otherwise the apartment was clean and tidy.

Nous avons apprécié le cadre calme et agréable de la résidence, légèrement en retrait des zones les plus touristiques. La piscine est très bien entretenue et constitue un vrai point positif du séjour. La possibilité de stationner facilement à proximité du logement est également appréciable

Les conditions d’accueil nous ont malheureusement déçus. Les serviettes mises à disposition étaient minuscules et particulièrement usées. La propreté du logement était également très discutable à notre arrivée : ustensiles et four sales, présence de moisissures dans la douche… La machine à café était défectueuse, problème dont la conciergerie avait visiblement déjà connaissance. L’une des climatisations était par ailleurs extrêmement bruyante et, en cherchant à comprendre d’où venait le problème, nous avons constaté que les filtres étaient complètement encrassés. La literie est également très peu confortable et mériterait d’être renouvelée. Dans ces conditions, nous avons trouvé assez paradoxal qu’une caution de 500 € soit demandée aux voyageurs, alors que l’état et l’entretien du logement à leur arrivée ne sont pas au niveau que l’on pourrait légitimement attendre
