Lovely to sit out on terrace. Spacious for 4 people . Comfortable beds. We were able to cook food for 4 people. Nice bathroom.Off road parking. Lovely levada walk accessable on foot from the property. Two bars a few minutes walking distance from property - we didn't visit these so can't comment on them.
Nothing it suited our needs perfectly. The car driver needs to be happy driving steep Madeira roads and manoeuvring into parking spaces on an angle . A lot of levada walks now need to be booked and paid for in advance on line which came as a suprise so bear this in mind before your stay.

Great view, good parking, lot of space, full kitchen, close to Ribeira Brava, Wifi was working very well
smell from kitchen cupboards, beds/pillows rather old and worn out
