Stunning flat, everything you need, great shower water pressure, brilliant location (very near Trindade metro for those that don't like walking, nice little area with supermarket across the square) good hairdryer, aircon in living room amazing, great restaurants to walk to (a Taska our fave), owners lovely and very responsive.
Bedrooms had no air-conditioning, but we left windows open as it's v quiet side of flat so was fine, you need to close all shutters during day if hot, as flat can heat up, but that's typical in hot countries. NB If your mobility is bad, the 5 min walk from Trindade is fairly steep and the top flat with terrace is 2 flights of stairs.

All was just perfect. A wonderful apartment with everything you need and sufficient space. Perfect distance to all important places.

Location was excellent. Staff friendly, automatic check in, apartment super clean and relatively new.
Unfortunately we got the apartment facing the street. We couldn't sleep at all, the windows were double glass but still very noisy, cars, motocicles, all night. We couldn't sleep, nightmare. We left next day and booked a hotel.
