Location and room size. Manager was very friendly and helpful
Mildew smell in room. Breakfast voucher should cover nice breakfast and coffee but always had to pay for difference which is a bit annoying

Opening the front door was extremely difficult, this needs to be fixed to ensure a guest is not locked out.
The bedside lamps are a mere glow, inadequate for reading.

The room and bathroom were spacious, and we appreciate the fact that there was a table in the bathroom to pack out our toiletries! Liked to have wi-fi and NETFLIX!! Milk in the fridge was nice. Linnen was white and clean and bed was very comfortable
The furniture a bit old fashion and the bathroom old. The kitchen was not open the next morning for breakfast even if the note on the door said it will be open.
