尊重客戶選擇 願意提供客戶需求的每項服務 所遇到的每一位員工都很棒！ 入住的櫃檯妹妹，早餐姐姐，退房櫃檯弟弟都很棒！ 很用心的經營者，早餐會提前製作圖片，標示號碼與內容讓客戶選擇想要的選項，還能有特地送到房間享用的服務，而且早餐的圖片選項很多種真的很貼心。 建議房間享用，因為一樓比較悶熱，房間比較涼，但一樓有咖啡，結論是會再度選擇的地方。
不是不喜歡，這是許願池（因為知道不是非必要提供與配合，所以以許願的方式）如果櫃檯有庫存一點點少量的拋棄式梳子或牙刷牙膏就太棒了！吹風機有時會斷電，開了一秒後或幾秒後就停止，還要等待一些時間，但有時候又正常可以，不知道是為什麼，感覺吹風機有點看心情在做事。

民宿的外觀非常漂亮，周遭的環境種植的很多落雨松植在架構出猶如置身歐洲夢幻的景致。
內部的整體的陳設細節，黃金的清潔度，需要再加強，房裡的光線也不夠明亮。隔天原本期望享用埔里極有名的鹹油條早餐，但是管家小姐送來的卻是一般早餐店味道非常普通的早餐，有點小失望。
