MAGMA Rooms Playa Honda

Very modern and new building, the room had all we needed, large shower, big wardrobe, comfy bed (maybe just the pillows were too small), even a pool in the garden free for use for the guests with towels provided.

The only very negative note is from the entrance door of the room, facing the main corridor (not the door to enter the building). It's not soundproof nor sound deadening, and when other people walk in the corridor going to their rooms you can hear everything. We were trying to get to sleep as we had a flight the following morning, and got woken up a few times from the other guests of the structure who entered their own rooms (some were noisier even if it was after midnight, others were quieter but you can still hear everything). Other thing, there's no air conditioning in the rooms, and on a hot day (28 degrees outside) it was a bit too hot in the room, and if you opened the window then you would hear the airplanes. Nothing tragical but if you can't tolerate a bit of heat when sleeping, you may be annoyed on a hot day. If you replace the room's door, with a soundproof one, then it's a 10/10 stay!

Cleanliness was excellent, great location, nice and quiet area; most of our stay we felt we had our 'own personal pool'!!

Initially we couldn't get the TV to work; the remote batteries needed replacing which we replaced ourselves; as the world cup was on we wanted to watch the football when we were relaxing in the room, but unfortunately it wasn't available ......

Great location near airport (less than 10 Euros in taxi) ideal for an arrival stay but also suitable for longer - with nice facilities including outdoor seating area with pool and towels. Also handily placed less than 5 minutes walk to shopping centre and taxi rank. Great jamoneria even closer.
