Very friendly staff. Good location, quiet and comfortable.

Staff were extra friendly and helped when I had trouble with the coffee machine. Complimentary top coffee was good. Location was perfect in a very vibrant central spot.Very helpful for storing our bags for most of a day. Very nice interior. Nice to have use of kitchen area. I reccomend.
Our room was a little dark even though the windows are large. but it couldn't be helped due to location in historic city. Other rooms are brighter however.

The room/apartment itself is nice once inside. Spacious room and very quiet despite being in the centre of Naples. Very helpful to be able to leave our bags and come back and collect them ourselves even after checking out. Location was excellent
Building that the apartment is in was pretty run down. You need a zapper for the elevator so when dropping our bags before check in there are multiple flights of stairs to climb. Check-in time was a bit ad-hoc as there isn't a "reception" at the residence.
