Central location, good sized room, bathroom was huge! Staff were really helpful.
Lift wasn’t great and people forget to close the door so then the lift doesn’t work.

The place is located right in the middle of Via Toledo, the bustling and colorful heart of Naples, just a street crossing away from the colorful alleyways of the Spanish Quarter, where all the action is, along with excellent restaurants and bars.
The reception was unstaffed most of the time, which was a bit inconvenient.

location, cleanliness and the style of the room, very cool
the lack of any extra forniture: an extra chair in the room, a stool in the bathroom, some more wall hanger would have made the room just perfect
