Very pleasant greeting, very good location and price for Florence. The apartment was on the first floor which is a plus considering that you often have to climb long stairs in other apartments in the city, speaking of past experience : ). Air conditioning was efficient in keeping the place cool during the heatwave. The apartment is also spacious for two and nice.
We found the small beds a bit uncomfortable but not a showstopper at all. I just think improving the beds is an low-hanging fruit opportunity to optimize the experience.

Easy to find and in a great location, it was far enough from the madness but close enough to walk many places within 10-20 mins. Staff was very responsive and friendly, checkin and checkout were both easy.
Couch cushions could use a deep cleaning but it didn’t bother me.
