Cuando llegamos a Florencia nos comunican que ha habido un problema con el hotel, cosa que nos hizo gracia porque veníamos de Pisa en cuyo hotel ya no pudimos alojarnos pues también tuvieron un problema, pero en esta ocasión, dieron la cara, se disculparon y tuvieron una solución al problema antes de llamarnos. Nos alojaron en otro apartamento de categoría superior en un sitio inmejorable. Muy muy agradecidos.
Si bien es verdad que había aire acondicionado en el dormitorio, en el resto de la casa hacía muchísimo calor.
