Checked in a little late and the staff was helpful and explained everything clearly. Reception is open from 8am to 12 midnight. I checked out before 8am, so I just left the deposit receipt at the counter and the staff contacted me via WhatsApp to arrange the RM50 deposit refund on the same day.
The room was clean and comfortable. I booked a twin room with 2 single beds. Air conditioning was cold, although the water pressure was sometimes a bit slow. TV channels were limited but okay. The room also had a kettle, iron and ironing board.
The kids’ pool was quite nice too. Overall, a good option for a short stay.

Overall Experience
The stay started on a frustrating note during check-in. The receptionist insisted on reading out the rules and regulations in detail. Honestly, there are far too many rules for a resort, which took away from the relaxing vibe one would expect.
Check-out also took longer than necessary as the staff insisted on inspecting the room and potentially charging guests for any stains or issues. The waiting time felt unnecessary and boring.
A cash deposit is required — surprisingly, cash only. In 2026, this feels very outdated. Thankfully, I had cash with me.
What’s more disappointing is that similar feedback from about five months ago has already highlighted issues such as old towels and excessive rules, yet no improvements seem to have been made.
Room
The room was spacious, which is a plus. However, there were far too many mosquitoes — seriously uncomfortable. Management really needs to take proper action on this.

Breakfast spread was very simple and limited.
