Basic accommodation close to rhe seaside
The apartment is private and calm (at the end of October rather deserted) resort. Apartment in walking distance from the public and nice beach. Parking available on site The host responded super quickly via WhatsApp in English. Nespresso coffee machine with a big supply of capsules.
As other visitors mentioned, a really worn out apartment. Slight but not very intensive smell. The kitchen was hard to be used as Aircon and the cooker made a complete blackout that needed to be solved (hopefully with the host responding via WhatsApp) by visiting the switch room in another building. The foldable bed wasn't comfortable despite the extra mattress provided by the host. Internet connection (vi 4G router) didn't work at all.

Very helpful host. Well equipped and clean apartment. Great location for a beach holiday (although still about 1km from the beach). The beach area has lots cafes and restaurants.
I found the bed (mattress) a little less comfortable than it could have been.

Nice stay close to the sea
Walking distance to the sea. Easy communication via Whatsapp. We could check in early which was great!
Some things were not so clean. Location is as close to the sea as indicated on the Booking.com map, but still walkable in about 10 minutes. Apartment is pretty full with furniture and a bit outdated.

Ottimo soggiorno in famiglia al fresco della pineta
L’appartamento è pulito, curato e ben arredato. Ha tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno durante un soggiorno al mare, ed è molto fresco e ventilato (ma è comunque dotato di aria condizionata per le giornate particolarmente calde). La posizione è ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia, sia libera che attrezzata, sono circa 600 metri, fattibile sia a piedi che con le biciclette messe a disposizione. L’host è stato molto gentile a farci avere due mazzi di chiavi e due tessere per aprire il cancello così da poterci muovere senza problemi anche separatamente.
