Great deal at a great location

Large, clean, right on a great beach. Value for money. Great air con/ heat.

Spent a long time trying to find it and connecting with the owner. The security guard for the property ignored us through a fence. Shoulder season, so these things are happening more. No kettle but you can boil coffee water in a pot, cowboy style.

Great location, helpful owners

It was close to everything with a lovely little bar and incredibly helpful owners. They helped us get our hire car started when it didn't work and they spoke to the hire place on our behalf to get it sorted

The bars either side played quite loud music. This might be your thing so maybe not a negative for all

Our Host was very nice and kind, helpful man…location is superb near to the central promenade and restaurant, beaches…the place has its own private beach and parking place!! Wonderfull! Highly recomended to book!

Studio room not worth it

The location near the center is nice.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but if I had known a few things I would’ve never booked it! 1. The description said: 1 bedroom + 1 separate living room and a bathroom. There was no separate living room and when I mentioned it and showed that it was on my screen, the manager ignored it. They said: “You paid a cheap price this is what you get. It’s a general text about the whole building”. I booked a room that was suitable for 2 people the other rooms were for 3-5 people. Just acknowledge the mistake that you wrote or don’t put ‘separate living room’ in the description. Everything else was fully booked and we couldn’t cancel this booking, which is the only reason why we stayed. 2. This room has no fresh air which made it worse. There is only a small window that leads to the hallway but no other window for fresh air and no natural light unless you give up some privacy. 3. Above the door there is a small window that can’t be opened. No curtains there so if someone switches the lights on in the hallway, the whole studio room will be brightened also at night when you’re asleep. 4. The apartment has a private beach which means: the beach is a private business and you have to pay 1500-2000 LEK per bed every time you want to enjoy lying on the beach. Even when you’re a guest, it’s a separate business and not included in the price. So if you want to enjoy the beach for a few hrs on a day, don’t forget to include the price per person per day in the price.

Very good

The apartment was large and extremely clean, the air conditioner was ok, the kitchen also had all the facilities, the only thing missing was an oven and a slightly larger dining table, the toilet was excellent, the beds were also good, the staff was correct, the beach and the sea too close, from the balcony an incredible view of the sea

Sunbeds on the beach were not included in the price of the apartment, which is not ok, we had to pay for sunbeds every day because the apartment and the private beach as well as the facilities of the private beach are separate businesses. It was not mentioned in the booking.

Great location by a beach and a short walk into the main part of Saranda. Great room that had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and the staff were very nice.

Nick was really helpful with everything. Location is good. There’s a supermarket near the building. We stayed at studio apartment which is basically a room. It has no balcony but there’s a common area that you can spend time with sea view. We didn’t use wifi so i can’t say if it’s good or bad.

There was no kettle so it was a bit hard for us to make coffee etc. Electric cooker was not fast, not a big problem but could be better

Non ci è mancato nulla

l'appartamento si trova in una palazzina all'interno di un contesto privato, il cui accesso è possibile solo tramite il cancello con chiave per il personale oppure si può entrare con la macchina e usufruire del parcheggio privato, subito sotto c'è la spiaggetta di sassi comoda e a disposizione di tutti, peccato che nel nostro periodo (settembre) fossero già state tolti tutti i lettini. La casa si presenta minimale e con le cose essenziali, noi eravamo nell'appartamento a piano terra, bello l'accesso con maniglia elettronica in cui inserire il codice. Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi il lungomare di saranda e tutti i posti di interesse vari.

Per il prezzo richiesto, suggerisco magari una macchinetta del caffè, un bollitore per il thé, giusto per fornire piccoli servizi utili e che alzano la qualità. Il fatto che si debba sempre cercare qualcuno per farsi aprire il cancello carraio per uscire ed entrare con la macchina è un metodo non troppo piacevole, farlo in autonomia sarebbe sicuramente più agevole.

Appartement très spacieux. Parking privé gratuit un grand plus dans cette ville surchargée de voitures. Accès à la petite plage super.
