The buffet desayuno was just ok. The location is a little far from centro. The small pool could have used a little heat.

The food was good and affordable, the room was good and the staff was very helpful. The weather was nice and there was a fan in the room.

They didn't have screen on the windows, the pool is small. They have horses but they need to insulate them, we didn't like the smell. I think the Hotel should be Adults only.

Friendly staff, beautiful property. Would return and highly recommend it!

Since the moment we drove into the property, I was impressed. The property is in a residential area, but you wouldn't know it once you're inside. It's like you're transported to a different place. The welcome/reception staff person was friendly, she helped us with parking and walked us to our room. She later provided additional information and assistance we needed. The spa was warm and the shared grass/courtyard area was beautifully kept and even decorated for the season. Hope we can return in the future. I highly recommend Rincon Sagrado for your future stay!

The rustic architecture and aesthetics, the hotel’s intimate atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was excellent and at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs.

The staff were brilliant and made us feel at home. The garden is beautiful and everything is exceptionally clean

you can’t just buy some logs for the fire, they charge 180 each!!!! for marshmallows and hot chocolate. it’s was lovely and a really nice experience, however we would have all preferred the option of just buying logs

The staff was amazing, so helpful and attentive. I was delighted to be able to get a massage so quickly after arrival. The massage was very good and very reasonably priced. The decor was eclectic, funky, and not the same old things at every hotel. Restaurant was quite decent and good value. They all try to make your stay extremely pleasant.

Pretty nice hotel

Very nice and clean and they use great cleaning sanitation before entering.

The area around the hotel was kinda sketchy but they do an amazing job making sure everything around the hotel is hidden. This includes two giant doors guarded 24/7. Once inside, you won’t notice anything outside again. It’s like magic haha

Es un lugar muy bonito y pequeño lo que hace que no haya mucho ruido. El Personal es muy atento y está muy limpio.

El cuarto que nos tocó era pequeño y muy en la esquina, junto a equipos de calentadores. La cama está un poco incómoda.

La habitación es muy bonita, amplia, y muy cómoda. El desayuno es muy rico, me encanto el concepto de la comida en el jardín y la música de fondo. El personal muy amable.

La ubicación, no se encuentra caminando al centro, pero se compensa.

Las intalaciones estan muy bonitas, se siente mucha paz, los jardines muy cuidados, las habitaciones limpias muy bonitas, el cafe esta riquisimo, los fines de semana tienen desayuno buffet y el personal muy amable, la ubicacion centrica para moverse a varios lados.

El Rincón Sagrado para descansar ❤️

Las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, superó mis expectativas de las fotos que había visto. Es muy cómodo y cada una de sus áreas están impecables. Las habitaciones son divinas, la decoración y cada uno de los detalles maravillosos. El servicio es excelente, son súper amables y el mesero que nos atendió es realmente MUY amable y agradable. Tuvimos un Temazcal que fue divino y una sesión de masaje relajante que también fue maravillosa. Festejé unos días ahí por mi cumpleaños y todos fueron divinos, ¡una gran experiencia que volveré a repetir!

En general me encantó, podría solo anotar aquí que ojalá el agua de la alberca fuera calientita, la instalación es muy linda pero en época de frío con el agua fría no se antoja. Y sugeriría que siempre enciendan la iluminación, por ser época navideña estaba todo muy lindo pero la noche que llegamos estaba todo apagado, entiendo que eramos los únicos huéspedes pero al día siguiente que hubo fiesta si estaba todo iluminado y realmente se veía muy bonito.
