The buffet desayuno was just ok. The location is a little far from centro. The small pool could have used a little heat.

The food was good and affordable, the room was good and the staff was very helpful. The weather was nice and there was a fan in the room.

They didn't have screen on the windows, the pool is small. They have horses but they need to insulate them, we didn't like the smell. I think the Hotel should be Adults only.

Friendly staff, beautiful property. Would return and highly recommend it!

Since the moment we drove into the property, I was impressed. The property is in a residential area, but you wouldn't know it once you're inside. It's like you're transported to a different place. The welcome/reception staff person was friendly, she helped us with parking and walked us to our room. She later provided additional information and assistance we needed. The spa was warm and the shared grass/courtyard area was beautifully kept and even decorated for the season. Hope we can return in the future. I highly recommend Rincon Sagrado for your future stay!

The staff were brilliant and made us feel at home. The garden is beautiful and everything is exceptionally clean

you can’t just buy some logs for the fire, they charge 180 each!!!! for marshmallows and hot chocolate. it’s was lovely and a really nice experience, however we would have all preferred the option of just buying logs

The staff was amazing, so helpful and attentive. I was delighted to be able to get a massage so quickly after arrival. The massage was very good and very reasonably priced. The decor was eclectic, funky, and not the same old things at every hotel. Restaurant was quite decent and good value. They all try to make your stay extremely pleasant.

Pretty nice hotel

Very nice and clean and they use great cleaning sanitation before entering.

The area around the hotel was kinda sketchy but they do an amazing job making sure everything around the hotel is hidden. This includes two giant doors guarded 24/7. Once inside, you won’t notice anything outside again. It’s like magic haha

La habitación contaba con todo lo necesario para nuestra familia, el lugar estaba adornado muy bonito y la comida deliciosa. También cuentan con servicio de spa y el masaje estuvo excelente.

No está muy limpio. Debajo de la cama había mucha suciedad. Las lámparas laterales de la cama no son lámparas, son velas. Estaría mejor que pusieran burós y lámparas funcionales.

Muy pintoresco y hasta cierto grado limpio pero excesivamente fumigado o algun olor muy penetrante a insecticida, buenas instalaciones, amables, camas cómodas, plancha y tabla de planchado, secadora de pelo, bien el wifi

No había espejo de cuerpo entero en la habitación, ni tapete en el baño para salir de la ducha, ah! el buffet muy pobre, personalmente prefiero pagar un poco más pero que no sea tan sencillo

Su diseño, su privacidad, la amabilidad de la recepcionista de los sábados en la tarde, buen desayuno, bonito jardín, muy tranquilo para descansar

Los modos de la recepcionista de domingos y el cobro de un desayuno para una niña como adulto porque está muy alta, sin importar la edad, cuando otra niña se comió medio pan y medio vaso de jugo, pero ese si lo cobraron completo, no descontaron nada. El frío de la alberca y lo pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes, el tamaño del estacionamiento, sus closets

La cama tenia polvo/arena de un lado y el baño tenia una fuga que pudieron reparar hasta la tercera vez que la reportamos.

Un lugar para relajarse

Todos muy amables, es un lugar con privacidad, las camas cómodas, el buffet muy rico, es un lugar muy bonito tanto de día como de noche, la persona que no recibió por la tarde del sábado nos permitió estar un poco más tarde en la alberca por nuestro horario de llegada, la alberca es pequeña pero está bien para los niños, podría ser mejor con climatización. Es un lugar limpio, bueno para relajarse. El restaurante tiene atención hasta las 9:30 pm. El wifi es bueno para cosas sencillas, pero no tan bueno en la máster suite, la regadera tarda para salir el agua caliente pero tiene buena presión.

En booking mencionaba que el precio del buffet era de $180, cuesta $200, cobran buffet de adulto de acuerdo a la estatura del niño y no a su edad, su estacionamiento es muy pequeño por lo que te piden tu llave y dejaron accidentalmente el switch encendido por un rato, recomiendo más cuidado en ello.

La atención es excelente, el personal es maravilloso y muy amable. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y nos encantó la decoración de las habitación. La piscina es de buen tamaño. La comida, sobre todo el desayuno buffet fue espectacular.

Íbamos con una persona con escasa movilidad, tal vez estaría bien adecuar una ducha con regadera de teléfono y barra de seguridad. Así como una rampa de acceso.

Muy bien. Es bonito lugar y céntrico.

El personal es muy atento y servicial, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, las camas cómodas ameee la regadera. El baño limpio y las sábanas, toallas y camas limpias.

El televisor no funcionó a pasar de reportarlo, el piso estaba algo sucio y una caja de pañuelos desechables es indispensable como sugerencia.
