Kela apartment is very good located, as a private part of hotel complex. It helps to use swimming pool at the property - it is an additional cost but it is very close. The all property is very nice, has garden all around. Apartment has very nice balcony and you can observe sunset every day. Close you can find a lot of shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately apartment is not clean enough, I ask owner for help but unfortunately without respond. At the very first look it is ok but when you start living there you can see the problem. Dark hair all around, bathroom stuff, kitchen stuff too. I expect more from apartments like this. Additional think is that air conditioner is only in the living room so when you close the door to the bedroom it doesn’t work. Second bedroom is strange and very small. Cleaning service needed for sure. All kitchen stuff also can be better - it was very basic- but cheap way basic. I didn’t have a chance to meet owner, contact with the lady who was “responsible for us” there was difficult as she doesn’t speak English. Last thing was mattress at the master bedroom- it was so soft, so uncomfortable and loud that it is difficult to explain. There was an old mattress and on top of that was the other sponge, uncomfortable as hell..
