Nice apartments!

Very nice apartment! The host was extremely helpful and friendly, even offered to pick us up with the car at the busstation. Communication was quick and easy. We also got to store our luggage somewhere for the last day. For this price, it was amazing!

The beach that is most nearby is a private beach, so you have to pay to stay there. The public beach is an about 15/20 minute walk away, but we didn’t mind the walk because there was enough to see (shops/sea/restaurants).

Would come back.

The host was very helpful and engaged from day one. I even got picked up from the ferry terminal by the hosts brother, so that I wouldn't have to take a taxi. The host responded quickly if I had any questions. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. Lovely view over the ocean. Big plus for access to washing machine.

Spacious with a stunning view in a quieter spot - perfect for our family

Communicating with the host was easy from the time we booked until after we left. The apartment is spacious and is in a quieter area of town. Our apartment had a view of the sea and large terrace, which we enjoyed each day. Nearby are several grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main promenade and public beach area, but staying a bit outside of that hustle was nice. In addition, we had a communication issue with a driver after we checked out. The host was so kind to talk on the phone with our driver and help us work out the confusion. We were so grateful for her extra help.

The room was clean and nice. The host is very responsive and kind, always checking if we need anything. It is on a nice place close to the beach and to the restaurants and stores. We feel safe, welcome and convenient.

It was great. Better than expected. They helped a lot to make it better.

They're very kind and will help about anything you ask. Location is good, just a little bit far from public beach. You can find anything you want in walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, markets are just next to you.

Public beach is a bit far. Transportation from Tirana to Sarande with bus is not that good. Busses are old and air conditioner not works well. It takes approximately 5 hours. Try to take big busses not minibuses.

Good place to stay, good location

In general a nice, very well situated appartement with potential to be a good place to stay. Nice owners and pretty view from balcony.

We rented a house because sometimes we like to cook by ourselves. There were no kitchen equipment basics like kettle to make a tea, no sponge and washing liquid to clean, no cloth or paper towel etc. Only one toilet paper for few days.

Apartment is great, nice view, terace very nice for dinner and coffee, sunset ...for everyone is perfect...Garage is in the house , elevator from garage to apartment...very cool and modern building

Only small trouble to get the key, but communication is very good with Eve, and her father will come to give the keys, and lead to app...

One night was too much.

Hard to find. I make rezervation with sea wiew...i became room in basement. The owner want more money for appartment i allready make reservation...The owner forgot to give us a key of app.. ..we wait almost hour. The location is terrible. Buildins are very close to eachothrer whithout any order.. We dont like it at all.

L’aria condizionata funzionante presente in ogni appartamento. La posizione strategica ti permette di raggiungere il centro velocemente. L’hotel si trova nella parallela della via principale

Ho organizzato una vacanza in famiglia in Albania, un gruppo di 14 persone. Ho scelto Ideal Holiday Apartaments per il nostro soggiorno di 5 giorni a Saranda. Eva, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile da subito, sempre presente al cellulare. Abbiamo avuto degli inconvenienti subito dopo il check in per la pulizia, che non era stata fatta assolutamente, o comunque è stata fatta ma malissimo. Eva insieme ai genitori si sono adoperati per rifare le pulizie in struttura il giorno seguente. Essendo un host anch’io e una donna che viaggia molto, ci sono dei fattori che non devono assolutamente peccare in una struttura ricettiva: la pulizia, l’acqua calda ( in camera 1,la nostra camera, saltava ripetute volte il contatore dello scaldabagno, e di conseguenza gli ultimi a fare la doccia, inclusa io, dovevamo usare l’acqua fredda, COSA CHE NON CONCEPISCO ASSOLUTAMENTE) il bagno ( andrebbe fatto di sana pianta, ti lavi e dalla vasca usciva tantissima acqua sul pavimento, ogni persona che finiva di lavarsi doveva raccogliere l’acqua, COSA INCONCEPIBILE). Rispetto alla struttura precedente abbiamo notato e avuto tanti disagi che ci hanno innervositi e infastiditi abbastanza. Che questa recensione possa essere utile per riparare a tutte queste pecche, che sono molto importanti. Sono le basi per poter pernottare bene in una struttura. Miriana & Family

Soggiorno perfetto, oltre le aspettative!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! La struttura era pulita, ben organizzata e in una posizione perfetta. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. La camera era confortevole e silenziosa, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e ci tornerei volentieri!
