Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone war gut, abends ist da nichts mehr los, also dementsprechend ruhig.
Die Treppe ist extrem steil. Direkt im Flur neben der Wohnungstür im 1. OG stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner mit gefülltem Wäschekorb und vielen Staubflocken am Boden. Das macht einen ersten, unordentlichen Eindruck. Um 22 Uhr lief noch der Trockner, den man im Schlafzimmer und im Bad sehr deutlich hört. Das könnte man besser lösen. Es wäre gut, wenn man Fahrräder besser abstellen könnte. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.
