About this house rental
Enjoy your own vacation home right near the beach and the Old Town. The beach, Old Town, and harbor are just a 1- to 2-minute walk away. In the lovingly decorated “Alter Fischerspeicher,” featuring a maritime-inspired design, you’ll also find a cozy balcony and a wind-protected terrace facing the inner courtyard—which faces west—perfect for sunny evenings.
This high-quality, cozy Old Town house—approximately 50 square meters in size and furnished with attention to detail—has been completely renovated from the ground up. Spread over two floors, it offers plenty of space to unwind for a relaxing vacation. It is ideal for two adults or can easily accommodate an additional child.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor houses the living room and the open-concept bedroom, which overlooks a quiet inner courtyard and features a double bed (180 cm wide). For stays with a child, a crib or, alternatively, a high-quality fold-out bed is available upon request.
A parking space in the parking garage directly across the street can be booked as an option and is highly recommended due to the central location and the difficulty of finding parking near the beach.

You can walk along the beach promenade to the saltwater indoor pool with its attractive sauna.
