About this apartment rental
Since 2014, the PORT SEA SHELL apartment has been a popular vacation rental located at the tip of the centrally situated harbor, just a few minutes’ walk from the charming old town with its narrow alleys, the city center with its extensive amenities, and our resort beach.
PORT SEA SHELL—a cozy one-room apartment—offers 45 square meters of space for 1 to 3 people (max. 2 adults and 1 toddler).
The living and sleeping area features a new double bed (180 x 200), a dining area with a partial view of the harbor, a separate, modern kitchen (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven with built-in microwave, coffee maker), and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. TV, stereo system, CD player, and free Wi-Fi for internet access. The apartment is largely wheelchair-accessible. Dogs are welcome.
Underfloor heating warms the entire apartment during the cooler months.
On summer evenings, you can sit together comfortably on the terrace in the courtyard, sheltered from the wind and under the open sky.
Upon request, we’re happy to provide an electric grill, a crib, and a high chair.
A parking space is available in the parking garage on Level 6, Space 4, and is included in the price.
