Ruhige Lage, nachts kein Autoverkehr. Tiefgarage im Kellergeschoss. Großzügige Terrassen, auch auf dem Dach. Astra Empfang über eigene SAT Antenne, praktisch zur Handball EM.

Lovely quiet location, more La Caleta than Costa Adeje. Very spacious apartment, with huge underground garage. Plenty of kitchenware, washing machine in basement. Lots of space on roof.
The apartment needs updating. Handles falling off doors, shutters not very secure and no safety deposit box. Very limited contact for the week after check in.

Own terrace, private parking (garage), quite near (15 min by walk) to the very good beach.
Not clean, quite old and broken furniture, very hot and humid within because of no air conditioning at all (only open windows and doors). The pool didn’t work (looks like it’s a long procedure for replacement).
