The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was well equipped.
The curtains could be thicker to block more sun.

Very close to what they advertised. Modern renovations to a lakeside classic (?) resort. Food was good, staff were wonderful. I had to travel in from Portugal emergency basis for my brother. (He was critically ill completely unexpectedly to his family, intensive care & died 3 days after I got there. The staff were just so kind, thoughtful, good/very good English, friendly & professional. Nice lighting. Very good bed. Nice restaurant & didn’t use the spa. Just overwhelmed. But grateful to the hotel for letting indefinitely stay. Made a really rough time much more bearable.

nice location and view.
you have to pay extra for almost everything - swimming pool, saunas, massages, etc. the price includes only stay at the hotel, breakfast and two saunas.
