The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made my stay comfortable. The staff are polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfasts are served according to a menu, and the portions are large and very filling.
The reception is located on the first floor, which can be inconvenient. During a power outage, there is no elevator access, so guests have to carry their luggage upstairs. This was quite difficult, especially with heavy baggage. It would be helpful if the hotel had a backup power solution or staff assistance in such situations.

Cozy hotel with great and friendly staff. Staff was helping and giving best support throughout the stay. They gave proper instructions on how to act in case of air raid alarm activation.

Location, close to city-metro and a shopping-mall. The staff if fine and helpful. The bar-guy is diligent. The room cleaning service was perfect. Room equiped with a simple full kitchen.
The hotel rates itself as 4 star. Maximum I would rate is 3star. There is no regular food service, when the breakfast offer is strictly limited. There are neither relax or fitness facilities... Very uncomfortable too soft beds caused me a serious back pain after staying one week here.
