Sue was a very accommodating, friendly host. We had a long drive and a late arrival, but she stayed up a to welcome us to the luxurious, elegant guest house. The rooms were very comfy and cosy with lots of lovely little touches like water in the fridge, toiletries, teas, coffees and biscuits. It was impeccably clean too. Breakfast was delicious and excellent value. We also loved meeting Sue’s two sweet little dogs, Pepe and Bear. Would recommend to anyone visiting Penrith!
