About this house rental

3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Townhome in gated community. Double garage and Patio. Shared community pool and hot tub. 1400 square feet. 3 TV's with cable. King bed in primary suite, twin beds in other 2 bedrooms . Dishwasher, microwave, fully equipped with dishes, small appliances, new washing machine (2019) and dryer. Within walking distance to Surprise Stadium, spring training home of the Kansas City Royals, and Texas Rangers. 3 month minimum bookings, Snowbirds preferred.

we spent a week in March of 2016 at the townhouse and enjoyed it very much. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had about the unit and the city. We were there for KC Royals spring training. The townhouse is about a mile from the stadium and we walked several times -- it was a very pleasant walk with sidewalks. The unit had a garage for our car and we used the garage door opener to enter and leave which was very convenient. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool and on their patio. it was located close to several shopping centers and restaurants. There is a regional park about a 20 minute drive where we enjoyed an easy 2 mile hike in the desert. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family .
