    Staff looked angry at me for existing the moment I walked in. What an unpleasant atmosphere. They look like they hate their jobs. They were so concerned with all the "not allowed this, not allowed that", and did not focus on any of the joys or perks. It was on my way out after 2 nights that I discovered the second floor with communal areas. They appear to not tell new guests on purpose to save the cleaning work on that floor. This means the space where people could be socializing and hanging out in between sightseeing is completely inactive and dead. I feel so badly for the owners who have put in a lot of effort and money to create their establishment, only to have staff that is full of attitude. I strongly suggest you go to other offerings in Bangkok, with nicer facilities and very warm staff that delight to see you. Also the showers in the rooms have no door or partition so the toilet seat gets wet and the plastic gets damaged.

    I stayed here several times last year and came back again this year, and I still feel the same way. Excellent location, friendly staff, great cleanliness and good facilities. I genuinely recommend this hostel. It’s more expensive than the average, but it’s definitely worth the extra money.

    It’s a shame I couldn’t stay more than one night here, such a comfy bed and great facilities. Will be staying here again if I return to Bangkok. Helpful and friendly staff!

    I booked this hostel for 4 nights but only 1 I could spend, for 8 people there is one shower and one toilet, bed linens were not good, no rules for midnight room noise by other Guests. I didn't like this hostel. 😕
