    It's not luxury but it's comfy. We got the wooden cabins that were large but basic. Water pressure in the pipes was poor, people and staff friendly and happy to respond to requests. Nicely located

    Hotel Manager Ms. vijayalaxmi and Mr. Girish and others are very helping. Huge property having various types of rooms and lotsa greenery. Centrally located and good food.

    ​My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. For a KSTDC hotel in a UNESCO heritage area, the lack of basic maintenance and hygiene was shocking. It was very difficult to spend any time in the room comfortably. ​Dining & Hygiene ​The dining experience was a major letdown. Not only was the food tasteless and lacked salt, but the environment was unhygienic: ​Dirty Utensils: Both the plates and the utensils were visibly dirty. ​Lack of Cleanliness: Tables were sticky, and the overall dining area felt neglected. ​Rude Staff: The staff were uncooperative and dismissive when we raised concerns. ​Room & Washroom Conditions ​The state of the room was unacceptable for any guest: ​Maintenance Issues: The light bulb in the washroom was not working, making it very difficult to use the facilities. ​Hygiene Red Flags: The room and washroom were generally filthy. Most concerning were the blood stains found on the cupboard. ​Pest Concerns: Given the overall lack of cleanliness, I strongly suspected the presence of bedbugs in the bedding. ​Verdict ​This was a highly uncomfortable stay. I would advise travelers to look for alternative accommodations in Hampi until KSTDC addresses the severe lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and staff training at this location.
