    Excellent arrangements and cleanliness. The atmosphere and ambience is calm and cool.

    The property is located near a lake with the other side having mango trees farm. The caretaker/owner is extremely cooperative, he let me check in at 7.15am as my bus reached early. Checkout was also available at convenient time. Room was spacious, clean, washroom was extremely clean with hot water supply. The property is located far from the kamlapur bus stand and hampi main attractions, timings at the end of the day might be a bit tiresome. Overall a 10/10 experience

    We book this hotel for two days hotel country is new and clean hotel, but only issue is Hotel location. Hotel location is 2 km from city Centre. If you own Vehicle, then no problem.

    The place actually good and would recommend to others as well. But we booked through agoda the staff did not keep track of the booking, the room were not cleaned initially. But as soon as we entered they cleaned and the rooms and toilet was good and clean.
