Турбота, наповнення квартири для постійного проживання родини, квартира затишна, тепла, тиха, тепла підлога, батареї і вода гарячі, все відповідає заявленому. Вартість/якість вище очікування , дуже вдячна Оксані за наш сімейний відпочинок. На вулиці розташовані маєток Івана Франка та Грушевського.

Квартира уютная, оснащена абсолютно всем необходимым, на кухне теплый пол. Довольно спокойный район города, хозяйка быстро реагирует на вопросы, соседи тихие, свой дворик.
Окна, выходящие на центральную улицу негерметичны, ветер задувает через деревянные рамы. Мы жили в апартаментах, когда ночью на улице -13. Из-за старых окон в спальнях было очень холодно несмотря на горячие батареи.
