Помешкання скромне, просте, але у ньому було все необхідне, ні в чому не було додаткової потреби. Господарі дуже чуйні, легкі у спілкуванні. Хоча помешкання не у центрі, але локація дуже зручна. Відстань від центру - навіть перевага.
У другій кімнаті умеблювання незручне, що робить її дещо зайвою - там лише диван. Її можна було б облаштувати письмовим столом чи зоною для відпочинку тощо.

Чисто, чудова кухня, є все для приготування їжі, зручно з дітьми. Хороша звукоізоляція. Поруч парк, ринок, трамвай.хороша комунікація

Тепло, є електрика та тихо. Все близько, поруч міський транспорт. Для родини з діточками прям гарно. Є де гуляти.

Ми були вже не вперше, тож вибір більш ніж виправданий. Подобається розташування, квартира простора, все необхідне для короткострокового проживання є. Власники любʼязно залишають чай/каву/цукор/сіль, що є дуже зручно! Нам було комфортно, тепло і затишно))
Були просідання інтернету, але напевно це через вимкнення електрики. Або через те, що є вільний без парольний доступ і відповідно можуть приєднуватися користувачі із сусідніх квартир. Цей нюанс на загальне враження ніяк не вплинув.
