Huge room. Great AC. Comfortable bed, nice white bedding. Felt very luxurious. Brilliant buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.

I was a guest here during a wedding, stayed 3 nights, loved it. The best thing was the amazing view on the himalayas in the mornings, afternoon and evening!

Honest staff can say the same for current management.
Facilities such as the 360 degree bar was not available due to staffing issues due to a function requiring additional staff. Window blinds not working in one of our two rooms. Items missing from in room seems pre-preparation waa rushed. Manager on the day didn't seem interested in our issues or concerns. Crack bathroom shower floor tiles around drainage point area of concern as it presents a dirt trap. Compared to my past visits this one was very below standards bring back Mrs Angali when she was manager you knew you were in for a pleasant stay.
