The property is beautiful and staff was courteous. However, it’s not value for money. The washroom was smelly, the room telephone didn’t work and they couldn’t solve for it. Checkin process was slow, food prices were too high. The overall experience didn’t meet expectations given the high tariff.

We stayed at this resort for two nights with kids and one is just 1-year-old, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a property claiming to be a 5-star resort. We were given Room 120, which is right next to the staircase. The room and staircase has a wooden structure, and every time someone used it, there was loud noise and vibrations. It was extremely disturbing, especially during the night, and made it very difficult for our child to sleep peacefully. The AC in the room was not functioning properly from the moment we checked in. After we complained, someone came to the room and simply explained how to use the remote, assuring us the room would cool after some time. It never did. On the second day, after repeated complaints, same staff member checked the AC and even confirmed there was a problem, but no actual solution or room change was provided. Breakfast had a good spread, but the management was complete chaos. On the first morning, we waited nearly 40 minutes just to get a table. The lady managing the seating was extremely disorganized and inattentive. Guests arriving after us were getting seated while we kept waiting because we were trying to follow the queue system. Despite repeatedly informing her that we had a small child with us, she kept asking us to wait outside in the sun, which was unacceptable and insensitive. The indoor play area was another major disappointment. Almost nothing was working except the foosball table. The toys were in poor condition, UNO cards were incomplete with only a few cards left, the PlayStation was not working, and the pool table room was closed. When we asked the staff about it, the response was simply that “kids break things.” That is not an acceptable excuse in a premium resort where guests are paying high prices expecting proper facilities as advertised. The swimming pool was also poorly maintained and visibly dirty, which was very disappointing for a resort of this category. Housekeeping and cleanliness were equally disappointing. Carpets were not cleaned properly, food crumbs were left on the floor, and basic hygiene standards were ignored. Even after complaining once, nothing improved. After escalating the issue again, there was a lot of drama with managers visiting the room, but the actual cleaning standards still remained poor. Another surprising issue was that when we requested extra towels for the room, we were provided swimming pool towels instead of proper room towels, which again reflected poor service standards and management. We have stayed at several reputed hotel chains such as Hyatt, Taj, Holiday Inn, and others in the past, and our experiences there have always been exceptional in terms of hospitality, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest handling. Unfortunately, this resort came nowhere close to the standards expected from a premium 5-star property. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience. Poor maintenance, lack of hygiene, non-functional amenities, chaotic service, and an indifferent attitude from staff made this stay far below the standards expected from a 5-star resort. I would not recommend this property, especially for families with young children.

Unless you happen to visit this place via corporate or freebie donation, it's better to Value your money by yourself, otherwise Radission will be eager to keep your money by giving you a minimal service by citing you how International cricketers stay here. Iive taken a balcony room but they openly told me their facility does not have any room with a View. If you want to opt for a swimming pool facing room , it's only for a select few , don't know any reason while also attended thenew years eve. As it was organised in open air, I had to run away because of the cold and lack of any heating arrangement. Definitely my 60 K gone for two days. Better avoid and stay in a homestay to get some value of your money.
