Bonkle house is a lovely old house set in beautiful grounds, with helpful staff. We went for a concert in Edinburgh and wanted to stay outside the city, we were able to get the keys to our room early in the afternoon and then we could go straight in when we got back around midnight.
The place just needs some TLC as it's quite run down, but perfectly fine to stay for the night when you just need somewhere late on to sleep.

The House was easy to find, the room was very spacious with lots of architectural features. The shower was super hot and powerful. Superb location, close to lots of Countryside Parks, Asda's and we can recommend Loco Poco take away. They even had a little bit of Cheshire - a Henry & Julius Caesar wooden rustic house.

A little worn in areas, out dated, would of liked a small fridge in the room ideally but would definitely stay again
