Grand appartement, très propre, très calme, le parc et la piscine sont magnifiquement entretenu.
Très belle résidence.
L’arrêt de bus est à 10 mètres.
Le volet roulant qui claque lorsqu’il y a du vent la nuit.
Obligé de le laissé ouvert dans ce cas.

Strandnähe, ruhige saubere Anlage
Wir sind etwas früher als angekündigt angekommen, die Reinigungsfrau hatte erst begonnen. Wir haben uns dann auf eine spätere Zeitpunkt geeignet, sie war trotzdem noch nicht ganz fertig. Handsender Tiefgarage hatte keine Batterie mehr, wir haben aber gleich einen Ersatz erhalten. Toaster funktionierte nicht, Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden (nur Mokka)

La piscina
Que nos dijeron que nuestro aparcamiento era el 120,pero el mando era de otra zona. Que la tele funcionaba un día sí y otro no. Que la wifi era de movistar y...era de Vodafone.....Recomendamos revisar la información que se da a los inquilinos porque es errónea.
