Ottima posizione

Posizione comodissima, vicino alla fermata dell'autobus e al negozio di alimentari. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano (c'e' l'ascensore) ed e' ampio, pulito, ben tenuto, con il bagno grande e l'angolo cottura ben organizzato con tanto di lavastoviglie. C'e' ampio spazio per riporre le proprie cose. Molto gradita la piccola scorta alimentare (sale, zucchero, olio) e di detersivi per le stoviglie.

L'appartamento e' molto sonoro. A parte gli scricchiolii del parquet, la parete divisoria in soggiorno e' come se non esistesse: si sente veramente tutto, sembra di avere i vicini in casa, inclusa la TV e tutte le conversazioni telefoniche...

Ottimo soggiorno

Posizionato in Capraia paese, comodo a negozio e locali, comunque con una passeggiata (in discesa e ritorno in salita) o con la navetta la zona del porto è raggiungibile senza problemi. Anche se eravamo in 4 lo spazio era comunque vivibile ovviamente chiudendo il divano letto durante il giorno, presente ascensore. Comodo a raggiungere alcune cale e come partenza per diversi sentieri. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.

Sehr zu empfehlen für ein authentisches Capraia-Erlebnis

Perfekt gelegen im Zentrum des Ortes. Süßes Appartamento, kreativ und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr angenehme und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin Rossella. Sie ermöglichte es uns sogar, weit nach dem Check-Out den ganzen Tag noch in der Wohnung zu bleiben, da unsere Fähre erst am Abend Capraia wieder verlassen hatte.

Etwas hellhörig, man hört über der Wohnung die Schritte der Eigentümer/Mieter, es ist eben ein alter Palazzo mit Dielenböden.
