Booked 2 rooms. Had the bonus of a little kitchenette space too, with a fridge. Both rooms were lovely & spacious. Very well stocked tea etc.

Richard and Judith are exceptional hosts providing a warm welcome to a comfortable haven of tranquility. The location provided easy access to the market town of Louth and the Lincolnshire wolds.
