Easy access, lovely accommodation, friendly and helpful staff

Nothing to dislike

The location and welcome, The bathroom is nice and modern with a good shower. The bed was very comfortable.

The room wasn't serviced after my first night. The water and milk wasn't topped up for the coffee station unfortunately. The room was quite hot and would benefit from a fan as if you open the window, the extractor fan on the flat roof is quite noisy.

Good choice for breakfast; very friendly and helpful staff; plenty of parking; suite 101 was superb - wanted for nothing. Secluded - good if you have a classic car.

Would have preferred a restaurant to sit in for dinner but the hotel kitchen shuts at 5 pm so you either go out or have a Deliveroo. I chose the latter and the food was palatable but not special. Room quietness was broken early morning by the need to mow and prepare the greens (on a golf course) one of which was close to my room. So if you want to sleep late, close the windows at night!

Was exceptional from the moment we arrived.We were greeted with the news that they had upgraded us to the bridal suite. The suite had only just been refurbished and had been done so beautifully. New luscious carpet ,free standing bath in bedroom, bathroom so big.Lovely sofa to relax,tea coffee etc,coffee machine, kettle, fridge can keep on it was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent 👌 and so were the meals during the day.Staff were a credit to the place everyone of them.100% would recommend and we definitely will be going back .Thank you Crowtree Lodge.
