Very bad.

The location was okey.

It was dirty and full of cockroaches. The pool was nasty, and the hotel over all was very dated and dirty. It doesn’t look anything like in the pictures. The staff was very rude. We didn’t eat the breakfast since the hotel wasn’t very clean, and we didn’t feel the food was safe to eat.

2 Nights on Phi Phi Island.

Breakfast was excellent. Pool and private beach was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Needs a little attention to exterior. One of hotel letters on name had fallen down and paint pealing due to damp in hallway to room.

Quiet location was the only good thing.

Bed was rock hard, absolute worst bed. Room was falling apart and could hear the neighbouring guests clearly thru the walls. The shower did not have hot water. Pool was dirty and lounge chairs falling apart. Breakfast selection was very poor. Not a 4-star at all. Maybe a 2 star.

A hotel right on the beach in desperate need for some love and renovation.

Check-in was quick and the room was ready before schedule which was nice as we arrived earlier than expected. Enormous room, with a big bed!

The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. It's old, and clearly worn. Pool was dirty (not uncomfortably, but noticeable), and in general the hotel looked like it had seen better days. Rust was spotted all around, dirty / moldy curtains.

Great view, everything else was stressful, uncomfortable, and unprofessional

The view

The only good things about this hotel are the view and the girl at the reception — that’s it. Everything else was a disaster. The AC doesn’t work at all, which makes the room unbearable. On top of that, there is no water in the shower during the day because apparently too many people are using it. If you want to shower, be ready to wait until 2 AM or later. Completely unacceptable. We accidentally slept in until 11 AM (checkout time), and instead of handling it professionally, they started knocking on the door like we were in jail 😂. When I apologized and explained that we fell asleep, the woman (I don’t even know if she’s the manager or what) started screaming at us. Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. Between the broken AC, no water, zero comfort, and aggressive staff behavior, this place is absolutely not worth it. Nice view, sure — but you can’t sleep, shower, or relax. I would never stay here again.

The view was great, there was an omelette station at the breakfast. Beachfront, just go out and have a swim.

Very run down, aircon out of order, very low water pressure and no hot water, you could hear people talking in adjacent rooms, rest of breakfast poor.

Great location on the beach. Near the quieter end, 5 minute walk from the pier. Quiet beach area in front of the hotel with free sunbeds. Great view of Phi Phi from the balcony but watch out for the monkeys. Staff were very welcoming

The house cleaners worked fast

The property is dated and needs attention. They did not advertise that there would be monkeys on the balcony. We found this out by a sticker on the room patio door. I was sitting outside and a monkey jumped into the chair beside me, tried to get the cup off the table and showed his 2 -3inch teeth. We checked out early for safety reasons but the hotel refused to refund us for the days remaining on our booking. They also refused to answer the requests from booking.com customer service department .

All staff bar 2 reception ladies constantly on phones, lazing around and generally grumpy whenever you needed to interact with them. Lots of mosquitos, shower pressure poor, place looking tired

we booked a beachfront pool room and the pool area and views were great

the room smelt really bad of mold. there were alot of mosquitos in the room when we arrived. we tried our best to get rid of them but got bit alot. we always left the doors closed when using the pool to keep them out. maybe a citronella plug in would be good to mask the smell and to keep bugs out.

The room and hotel looked like they had not been decorated or upkept since 1970s. Our first room stank of cigarette smoke so we requested to move room. After having to overly complain and were told someone else already had a reservation of the other room we were moved. The next room was slightly less smelly but was still not great. The decor was dated, the room felt dirty and was ridden with mosquitoes. We were bitten by many mosquitoes in the room. The Air con just about worked. Breakfast was awful, we ended up going out for breakfast so as to not spoil our holiday. The hotel is seriously over priced for the disgraceful service it is offering. We left a night early to avoid being bitten by any more mosquitoes. We did not receive any offer of a refund. The towels felt about 20 years old and were dry and crispy We will never be returning and would suggest not booking this hotel. The hotel was also close enough to hear loud music being blasted and so it was difficult to sleep.

Overall great experience but the location is slightly inconvenient

The room was great, very clean and it had a very spacious bed. Really enjoyed our stay.

The location is not great. The hotel is on a hill which requires a lot of uphill driving by taxi's. Alot of the times our taxi's charged us extra money or rejected the ride altogether. If you do not want to go the market often and want to spend time only at the resort, this will not bother you.

What a view!

Not very clean, very very outdated, breakfast was not great, air conditioner turned off every 15 minutes which means you woke up sweats, really poorly insulated room could hear every conversation from the people next door.

Rats on the worktop in the middle of the night

It was very picturesque outside the resort, all amenities was walked to within 5 minutes.

At 2 am we turned on the lights to a big rat sitting on the worktop counter. Other reviews mentioned mice and rats and it turns out they were right. The back of the hotel hasn't got a wall on the 3rd floor it's literally just a fence and behind the fence is rock, litter and bad smells.

Went for the expensive room - great room, spacious, large and pool outside (wish you could walk onto the beach with ease). Third floor pool, perfect for relaxing and great views. Breakfast decent options and staff friendly. 5-10 min walk away from the pier, perfect imo, more silence.

Didn’t realise they have daily boat trips drop at the hotel, which is fine, not an issue but some might not like 40+ people appear for a couple of hours a day on the beach/outside bar and pool.

it was so dirty. i have never seen a room so dirty as this one and when the do the cleaning, they didn't clean well. it was just make up.

Comfortable and quiet hotel at the end of the beach but within walking distance to restaurants.

The pool was beautiful and had a great view. The rooms were spacious and high end. We were met at the pier coming off the ferry by a fellow with a cart to carry our bags for the 5 to 7 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area, up against the cliffs, so you can just barely hear the beach bars at night while sitting on the beach enjoying the lights.

Beach was not very clean out in front of the hotel. There was plastic bags and containers caught in the shrubs along the cliffs at the beach. There was no place to buy a cold drink at the hotel, water or alcohol. In the heat it felt like a long walk to the shops and restaurants.
