Our stay was perfect. The room was very big and very comfortable. We booked the half board, and the food was amazing. The staff were also very friendly and was able to help us whenever we need. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful property and the rooms are large and well appointed. Our room was very comfortable and the deck with spa was a real benefit. The surrounding area was wooded and quiet. The staff was gracious and attentive and the breakfast was very good. A free shuttle left and returned to the property on a reasonable schedule.

The location is a bit remote, so it was necessary to take the shuttle to the railway station or major attractions, something I considered well compensated for by the quiet wooded property. The TV periodically activated automatically and spoke of the services offered by the hotel--this occurred about 4-5 times a day. Although we speak enough Japanese to get by, others who have no Japanese language skills may struggle a bit to communicate with the staff.
