Clean apartment, very pretty and nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Great location, right next to old town. Really enjoyed the breakfast and how you could use the vouchers for dinner instead as well! Property manager was very kind, easy to get in touch with, and allowed us to check in early which was much needed after a long red eye flight!

Excellent location — very quiet, yet only about a 5-minute walk from the main square in Kraków. The location definitely deserves 9 out of 10. The hotel is new, with modern-looking furniture. The breakfast food itself was tasty.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below expectations. Upon arrival, the room was poorly cleaned: dirty floors, hair in the bathroom and on the bed, dusty furniture, lamps, and bedside lights, as well as dirty mirrors and shower glass. The bed was made carelessly, as if in a hurry.
There were also issues with the bathroom: no hot water during the entire stay (only lukewarm water) and very low water pressure in the shower.
Housekeeping was insufficient — only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the whole stay and they were not replenished. We had to take toilet paper from the lobby and even buy some ourselves.
The breakfast was tasty, but for the price it was very limited (only one small portion). The drinks were not good.
