What a fantastic getaway at this little gem in the heart of Rye on the Mornington Peninsula. Just a 2-minute drive from Rye Beach and the local shops, and only 10 minutes from Alba Thermal Springs and the Peninsula Hot Springs, the location is perfect.
The accommodation was spotless, comfortable and beautifully presented, complete with a large spa that made for the perfect romantic escape. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectations.
We had a great night's sleep in peaceful surroundings and woke to a delicious, hearty breakfast. The waffles are an absolute must—they were the perfect way to finish an amazing meal!
We will definitely be back. Next time we'll be booking a couple of nights so we can enjoy everything this wonderful place has to offer.

Everything was really good! The 2 owners are very kind, the room and the common space were really pretty and clean, the breakfast was tasty and the hot tub was really cool! The location is also good, near the beach and the hot springs!
Nothing to say here. Only a suggestion, maybe thinking about adding a robe for the guest that they can use you when going to the hot tub.

True to its name, Sunny Side Up B&B, was all that and more! Carine & Theo were such warm, welcoming hosts. The Sunny suite was just that - bright, clean & stylishly fitted. Everything was thought out carefully to make your stay exceptional!
Then breakfast was a gourmet's delight - fresh herbs from the garden, home-made chutney & Belgian waffles, like sugary clouds. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a perfect peninsula escape!
The tap in the basin was too low, and the bathroom door kept swinging, only minor things, though.

The host was very welcoming and explained everything well. The jacuzzi was great and being able to have a Belgian beer / bubbles while we were in the jacuzzi made it very relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious! We plan to go back.
