Bed unbeleivably comfortable!!. - we would like to buy one, if you can some-how let us know the brand / model??

toilet was a little dirty (stains). getting in and out was a little cumbersome, but easily sorted.

There was no breakfast. There are coffee and tea making facilities. The shampoo and conditioner are excellent. Only small bottles rather than large dispensers. Bed is super comfortable.

The air conditioner is a bit small for the room to heat it up.

No problems. Owners were very helpful in rectifying any problems and immediately.

The unit was exceptionally clean and visually attractive. The pool was also very clean and a lovely environment to relax in.

-Bunk bed made extremely loud squeaking noises whenever anyone moved on the bed, which woke up my children throughout the night, resulting in us all being very tired the next day! -I emailed in advance to seek permission to have a third child in the room with us. The lady who I emailed with was very accommodating and helpful. However when we arrived we were greeted by a man who seemed to be unaware of this prior arrangement and quite put out by it. It felt stressful rather than welcoming. -My kids were excited to interact with the farm animals, however we were only able to pat some donkeys as the other paddocks didn't seem to be accessible from where the accommodation was. If they are accessible, it would have been great to have someone explain this to us. -There was a dead bird in the play equipment which scared my kids. -The 'mini golf' is just one small hole, with one golf stick available and no balls - recommend not advertising it as mini golf as we were imagining at least three or four holes to aim for. -For four star accommodation, we would expect a pod machine or other coffee option, rather than instant coffee sachets. We had to go and buy coffee instead.
