Peppers Moonah Links Resort

We like the convenience of how close the hot springs were to us and the customer service was great. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

We were celebrating our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, which was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome.

The resort itself was enjoyable, but housekeeping let the experience down. We asked housekeeping to return later as we were getting ready to go out, and they assured us they would. When we returned that evening, our room had not been serviced. It was disappointing, especially after being told it would be taken care

Everything was amazing, the clean room, the view ,the whole facility was amazing. Great friendly.

Only the restaurant/ kitchen may need to consider extending opening hours for dinner, closing 8.30pm is a bit early for some guest. We had to drive for 30mins + outside the hotel to go look for a restaurant to eat dinner. And shower didn't have shower gel, only shampoos and conditioner otherwise everything was great. Thank you so much and complimentary wine to celebrate our anniversary.

Unfortunately the room I booked was not the room I received when I arrived. It stated under room facilities a balcony, which we did not have and the photos were of an outlook overlooking the golf course which we did not get. The Spike bar which is the only place available for food and drinks was meant to be open and available for dinner until 830pm, when we arrived we were told it would be closed at 630pm. This created a sense of urgency which was not the way we wanted to start our relaxing get away.
