quiet room? really comfy bed, spacious rooms,
breakfast was a little bit strange like half a buffet and half ordering.

Close to the hot springs. Was clean, comfortable and breakfast was enjoyable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Couldn't really fault the place.
Wifi was a bit slow, but wasn't an issue as didn't need it.

The restaurant was closed during our stay, however service and dining in the clubhouse bar was excellent. The $13 pp cooked breakfast included in our room price was great value for money.
Rooms are a little dated, but well appointed. Fold out sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for a bigger child (14 yo. boy, felt the middle bar).
