ทริปนี้ประทับใจที่นี่มากๆ เอาจริง! คือวันแรกที่ไปถึงแอบมีดราม่าเรื่องรายละเอียดจองห้องจากเอเจนซี่นิดหน่อย แต่บอกเลยว่าประทับใจการแก้ปัญหาของที่นี่สุดๆ คุณลินนา (***- Front Office Manager) น่ารักมากกก ออกมาคุยเอง ดูแลจัดการให้หมด ทั้งเรื่องห้อง ทั้งเรื่องอาหารเช้า แถมยังมีของขวัญกุ๊กกิ๊กน่ารักๆ มอบให้อีก ได้ใจไปเต็มๆ บริการสมเป็นโรงแรมห้าดาวจริงค่ะ (ขอแจงรายละเอียดดราม่านะคะ คือจริงๆเราจองมา3 คนรวมอาหารเช้า เราเข้าใจว่า มันเป็นเรทสำหรับ 3 คน รวม เตียงเสริม และ อาหารเช้า แต่สรุปจริงๆไม่มีนะคะ เราเลยมีต้องคุยกับทางโรงแรม แต่เขาก้จัดการให้เรียบร้อยดีค่ะ) ทำเลที่ตั้ง: โลเคชั่นคือดีงามพระรามแปดมากกกก เดินทางสะดวกสุดๆ อยู่ย่านดี ใกล้ที่เที่ยว ที่กิน ช้อปปิ้งสบายมากๆ เรื่องห้องพัก: เอาตรงๆ คือรูปในเว็บอาจจะดูปังกว่าห้องจริงไปนิดนึง 5555 แต่เรื่องความสบายนี่ให้ร้อยเต็ม! เตียงนุ่มวิญญาณหลุด นอนฟินมากๆ น้ำในห้องน้ำแรงสะใจสุดๆ แล้วพี่ๆ แม่บ้านคือทำความสะอาดกริ๊บทุกวัน (ปล. ใครซีเรียสเรื่องประเภทห้องมากๆ แนะนำว่าลองโทรคุยภาษาจีนกับโรงแรม หรือส่งอีเมลตรงหาโรงแรมไว้ก่อนเลยจะชัวร์สุดค่ะ ในอโกดาเขาไม่ตอบค่ะ) อาหารเช้า: ไลน์อาหารเช้าดีงาม มีให้เลือกเยอะ รสชาติอร่อย วัตถุดิบดีเลย ส่วนกลางชั้น B1: เลิฟมากกก โซนสระว่ายน้ำ อ่างน้ำอุ่น Jacuzzi ห้องสตรีม กับซาวน่าคือดีงามสุดๆ เดินเที่ยวมาเหนื่อยๆ ไปแช่คือผ่อนคลายมาก เตือนนิดนึง: ใครจะไปลงสระว่ายน้ำ อย่าลืมพกหมวกว่ายน้ำไปด้วยเด็ดขาด เพราะที่นี่เขาบังคับใส่นะคะ ถ้าลืมต้องซื้อหน้างานประมาณ 30 หยวน โดยรวมคือประทับใจการบริการและความใส่ใจของทีมงานมากๆ รอบหน้ามาปักกิ่งอีก ก็ยังอยากกลับมาพักที่นี่เหมือนเดิมเลยค่ะ! Honestly, I was so impressed with this stay! On the first day, there was a minor issue regarding our booking details from the agency, but the hotel handled it with top-notch professionalism. *** (Front Office Manager) was amazing! She came out to assist us personally and resolved everything—from the room arrangement to our breakfast perks. She even gave us cute souvenir gifts! Her service totally won us over, proving this place is truly 5-star standard. (To share a quick detail on the issue: We booked for 3 adults with breakfast included, assuming it covered an extra bed and breakfast for the 3rd person. Turns out it didn't, so we had to clear things up with the hotel, but *** sorted it out seamlessly for us!) Location: Absolutely top-tier location! Super convenient to get around, situated in a great neighborhood, and very close to major attractions, food spots, and shopping areas. Room: To be honest, the room in real life looks a bit less glamorous than the promotional photos haha, but comfort-wise? 100/10! The bed is ridiculously soft—you just melt into it—and the water pressure in the bathroom is incredibly strong. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless every single day. (P.S. If you are very particular about room types, I recommend calling the hotel directly in Chinese or sending them an email beforehand just to be safe, as they didn't reply on Agoda.) Breakfast: Wonderful breakfast spread with plenty of options, great taste, and high-quality ingredients. B1 Amenities: Absolutely loved this part! The indoor pool, warm Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna on B1 are fantastic. So relaxing to soak in after a long day of walking around Beijing. Quick Reminder: If you plan to use the pool, don't forget to bring a swim cap! It is strictly mandatory here. If you forget, you’ll have to buy one at the counter for around 30 RMB. Overall, I'm super impressed with the service and attentiveness of the team. Next time I visit Beijing, I'll definitely come back and stay here again!

From arrival to departure everything was wonderful. The hospitality that the staff members provided was superb. Front desk reception and concierge were extremely kind and helpful. I sincerely appreciate it as it made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. We traveled to 3 different hotels throughout China and this was by far my favorite stay. The hotel was always clean and the vibe and mood are inviting. There’s plenty of seating at the bar and tv lounge areas that allow you to unwind while enjoying a cocktail and snack as you admire the beautiful lobby.The room was always clean and tidy. The location was great. Family mart is a short 1-2 minute walk, which was convenient. Shopping malls, restaurants, and giant technology chain stores are about a 10 min walk or less down Wangfujing Street. My kids loved how close we were to the lively hub of activity. I could go on and on about everything I loved. I would definitely recommend this hotel. When I return to Beijing this will be where I stay without a doubt.

This was my first time to Beijing and I would recommend this hotel as it location is good with shopping malls nearby. The palace is about 20minutes walk from the hotel, particularly if you are planning to visit during their peak hour from 7-9am/ 4-6pm, you gotta be prepared for jam. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 pm, we repeatedly approached the front desk to check if our room was ready. Each time, we were simply told to wait, with no updates provided proactively. We checked again after 30 minutes, then after an hour, and received the same response each time. It was only after we asked again about 1.5 hours later that we were finally informed our room was ready. Better communication and regular updates would have made the waiting experience much more pleasant. I had also booked a city view room, but the view was quite underwhelming and didn’t really match my expectations of a “city view.” In addition, the hotel advertises a heated pool, but the water did not feel heated at all during our stay. Overall, the room itself was enjoyable, but the service and some of the advertised amenities fell short of expectations. I would recommend staying here only if you manage to get a good deal. Otherwise, I believe there are other hotels offering better value for money.
